    Upon confirming the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the product free of charge. Shipping fees for the replacement item will be covered by us.

  3. Exceptions
    If the issue arises from misuse or mishandling of the product, the replacement request may not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess the situation based on the evidence provided.

  4. Time Limit for Reporting Issues
    Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your product. Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a free replacement.
