What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. All our orders are calculated by weight

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards online as well as PayPal transfers. Sometimes cards don’t go through for reasons beyond our control, but if you send us a message we can usually resolve the issues.

How long will delivery take?

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. However, we can’t always guarantee that delivery times can be adhered to. We have delivery options that will give you an idea of how quickly you can get your gear.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is of the utmost importance to us. We never sell or distribute your date to anyone. As per GDPR regulations, should you wish your data to be destroyed or deleted, we will happily comply.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will send you an email confirming your order. You will also get a tracking link to be able to follow your order. Apart from that you get to sit back, relax and wait for your gear to arrive!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Of course! All details are immediately sent to you after your purchase via email. We can always send an additional one with you and a paper invoice is included in your package on arrival.
